l An internationally recognized Teaching Certificate (Such as CELTA)

| Position Description: |
Help SMD to develop prospective clients, maintain good relations with our clients, reach the sales target each month, and develop processes and procedures by assisting team leaders with various projects; coordinate multi-disciplinary team members; and making public appearances on behalf of the company. |
| Roles and Responsibilities: |
l Have a good understanding of our products, be able to communicate with prospective clients, make successful sales independently.
l Assist trainers to clearly understanding of clients training needs, advance on training plans.
l Become a communication “bridge” between clients and trainers.
l Contribute to the marketing promotion activities with the rest of team
l Managing his/her daily work, prepare logistics sales plans.
l Manage his/her own account, build the clients database. Meanwhile, maintain databases of contacts, suppliers, participants, and events.
l Collect, format and review all course/project materials to comment on accuracy, consistency of design, development and procedures.
l Provide on-site assistance for training events.
l Perform cost management support

| Competencies and Qualifications: |
A bachelor degree is required. 1-2 year sales working experience, and in education industry preferred. Must have a working knowledge of computer setup, Microsoft Office applications. Excellent organizational and communication skills a must. Good oral, listening, and written command of English to be able to work in an international environment. Major in English is preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills. Multi-skilling, multi-tasking and keen to learn. Good professional image.

Project Assistant Position
We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our China Office as Project Assistant. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious, creative young graduate to coordinate market and administer all the short training courses run by Bell Beijing. It is a position that gives the post-holder the opportunity to take full ownership of this role and develop it to its full potential. This will be a busy but rewarding post for the right candidate.

l Manage his/her own account, build the clients database. Meanwhile, maintain databases of contacts, suppliers, participants, and events.
l Perform cost management support.
l Make recommendations with regard to corrective actions, improvements, where necessary.
l Undertake any other ad hoc tasks as requested by Team Leaders, Project Managers, Senior Consultants, or Partners; cover for other administrative colleagues on an ad hoc basis.

The Bell Educational Trust, founded in the UK over 50 years ago, has 41 learning centres spread around the world that deliver training in English and management.
The Bell Group also has learning centres in the UK and in Malta for young learners. Younger learners aged 12-17 can go to Bell Bedgebury in the south of England. They can also do summer camps in China. Older Chinese students can do a University Foundation Course at Bell Cambridge before enrolling in a British university.

Requirement for the position are as follows:
